  2. CyberJob might require as much as 30 days or more if required to insert the information for display in classified sections.
  3. Cyberjob reserves its right to reject any entry, data or information provided by the consumer without providing any reason. However, if such an occurrence were to occur the consumer will be compensated for the damaged in accordance to pro-rata basis.
  4. Cyberjob reserves the right to make all such required changes of resume in order to make the resume compatible with the database.
  5. The Subscriber/Recruiter can utilize up to 2 email id for vacancies on the classified section.
  6. CyberJob at its sole discretion with media alliances might initiate the print media for the vacancy by clients. However, if the client wishes the information not to appear on the media, they have to inform CyberJob accordingly at the time of initiation.

  12. CyberJob reserves its right to change the design, feel, appearance, classification of the classified section on the website without giving a reason or prior notice.

  15. The service is limited to only a single corporate entity / firm and if other offices of the same company/ organization, want to use the said service, then, they shall be liable to make extra payment for the service.
  16. Subscribers can utilize only one of their contact details for the listing purposes. Multiple contact details cannot be used for this case.
  17. CyberJob will only display insertions which have gone through the registration process.

HOT JOB (SINGLE)

  1. Details about vacancies will be placed in the ‘Hot Job’ and ‘Classified’ sections of CyberJob.com.bd.
  2. CyberJob might require as much as 30 days or more if required to insert the information for display in classified sections.
  3. CyberJobreserves the right to make all such required changes of resume in order to make the resume compatible with the database.

MANUAL SHORTLISTING

  1. CyberJob is obligated to serve the subscriber for duration of subscription period to the best of its ability.
  2. Cyberjob will intensively go through all the resumes which were received responding to the job vacancies.
  3. Subscribers can make the short listings by changing  their desired parameters.
  4. CyberJob would not be held responsible for any data or information loss supplied by consumers due to technical or other means provided by customer because of reasons outside its control. Reasons for data loss may include but is not limited to strikes, riots, Government policies, civil unrest, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural disasters.
  5. The service is limited to only a single corporate entity / firm as such it cannot sell/sublet the micro sit or any segment thereof to another third party.

DISPLAY OF BANNERS

  1. CyberJob is obligated to serve the subscriber for duration of subscription period to the best of its ability.
  2. CyberJob uses sophisticated software to display the banners on home page. The software will rotate the banners of different subscribers on a sequential basis.
  3. For the “Run of the Website” segment, CyberJob reserves the right to choose the placement of the banners for display during any time of the subscription period.
  4. Cyberjob reserves its right to reject any entry, data or information provided by the consumer without providing any reason. However, if such an occurrence were to occur the consumer will be compensated for the damaged in accordance to pro-rata basis.
