1. Coordinate the three departments: Writing & Editing, Computer and Proof Reading.
2. If necessary/when required he/she will coordinate with Production Department.
3. To meet the target he/she will inspire, motivate and guide these departments with innovative techniques.
4. When required he/she has to create technical pressure to finish the works on schedule.
5. Through his/her coordination he/she will help the Assistant Manager and Manager to execute the overall works of R&D.
6. Has to plan an active role in planning the Academic Work Calendar.
1. Should have overall knowledge about publications industry.
2. Expert in Proof Reading, Editing & Make-up, Pattern.
3. At least 4-6 years' experience in this field.
