Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for Sales Operation in the assigned territory/areas/zones/regions.
  • Assist Area/Regional/Sales Manager to implement annual sales plan while dotted line reporting to Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Assist Head of Sales & Head of Product & Business Development to develop and instigate new ideas /products to bring additional sales growth
  • Drive new client acquisition while maintaining & retaining relationship with existing ones
  • Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to increase market share
  • Daily basis customer visit for building strong relationship and achieving monthly sales target
  • Closely monitor and analyze sales, market share trends and competitor activities
  • Market survey /  Market research with extensive field visit
  • Coordinate from sales forecasting to initial sampling to final shipment
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports as required by management and maintain a customer database
     

Job Requirement

  • Applicants should have experience in direct Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management and background preferably from multinational company
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities
  • Good in communication over phone, e-mail, and other modern modes of communication
  • The candidate should be smart, young, energetic, proactive, result-oriented and well-mannered with pleasant personality
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent command over Bangla & English (both written and verbal) to correspond with local customers and international buyers
  • Candidate should be able to manage stress and work under pressure
  • Should possess good negotiation skills and customer handling capability
  • Knowledge of “Letter of Credit” and payment & documentation processes will be an added advantage
  • Possess good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects under pressure and within deadline
  • Instigate and develop effective working relationships inside and outside the business with the buyers, garment manufacturers and the buying offices

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA/Bachelor/Masters in Textile or any commerce related degree from any reputed University
  • Major in Marketing is preferred
